What information we collect.

Information you provide directly.

When you contact us through the email addresses on this site, request a walkthrough, or engage with us as an investor, partner, or production team, we collect the information you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, role, organization, and the substance of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically when you visit filmiq.ai.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts. Standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, analytics tools that profile individual users, or behavioral retargeting pixels.

Information processed by the telemetry product.

The telemetry product ingests production documents (call sheets, daily production reports, cost reports, schedules, scripts, and similar operational documents) on behalf of production teams that have engaged us. This processing is governed by the specific deployment agreement between filmIQ and the production. Our role is to act as a data processor for the production, with access strictly bounded by the deployment agreement.

How we use information.

We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to operate and improve the telemetry product for productions that have engaged us, and to communicate with investors, partners, and prospective customers about filmIQ. We do not sell information about visitors or product users.

Production data specifically.

Production documents ingested through telemetry are subject to confidentiality obligations defined in the engagement agreement with each production team. Production data is not shared with other productions, used in marketing materials without explicit permission, or made available to third parties outside the engagement. filmIQ does not sell access to operational data. The contextual framework that the platform applies to that data is what we sell.

How we protect information.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Specific security controls applicable to telemetry deployments are addressed in the engagement agreement.

Cookies and similar technologies.

filmiq.ai does not set tracking cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which is governed by Google's privacy policy. If you choose to follow links from this site to Substack, LinkedIn, or other third-party services, those services apply their own privacy policies.

Your rights.

If you have provided us with personal information and want to access, correct, or delete it, write to info@filmiq.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, GDPR in the European Economic Area, or CCPA/CPRA in California). We will honor those rights to the extent the law applies.

Children.

filmIQ products are not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
